Find the QR code in your profile on the Torrum website.
Step 2

Installation

Follow the instructions.

Open 'Settings' and select 'Mobile Data'.

In 'Mobile Data' settings, tap 'Add eSIM'.

Tap 'Use QR Code'.

Scan the QR code received after purchase in your profile.
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection for eSIM download and installation.
  • Note: You may need another device to display the QR code for scanning.

Tap 'Continue'.

  • Tap 'Done'. Your Torrum eSIM is now ready to go!
  • Activate your plan by following the activation steps — ideally while traveling or upon arrival.

  • Open 'Settings' on your device.
  • Tap 'Mobile Data'.
  • Within 'Mobile Data' settings, locate your eSIM under 'SIMs'.

  • Tap 'Mobile Plan Label' to name your new Torrum eSIM as you wish. We recommend using a format like "Torrum Travel" or simply "T Travel".
  • Tap 'Mobile Data Network' to ensure the correct APN is configured.
  • Switch on the 'Data Roaming' option.

  • Open 'Settings' on your device.
  • Tap 'Default Voice Line'.
  • Keep your home provider SIM as the default line for voice calls and texts.

  • Select "T Travel" as the default line for mobile data.
  • Your Torrum eSIM is now ready to connect to the network.

Tap 'Enter Details Manually'.

Note: This step may take a few minutes. If you close the installation screen, you can check the status of your new eSIM under: 'Settings' → 'Mobile Service' → 'SIMs'.

To update your APN settings:
a) Go to 'Settings' → 'Mobile networks' → 'Access point names'.
b) Open the 'eSIM' tab.
c) Select 'Torrum'.
